These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the bd29 platform by all registered players and visitors. By accessing bd29 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.

Account Registration & Verification

All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in the player's own name. bd29 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party payment source will be reversed, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. bd29 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, as determined by the platform's compliance team from time to time.
bd29 does not charge players a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Bonus & Promotion Terms
bd29 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a bd29 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game contribution restrictions will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Abuse

Promotion Expiry
All bonuses and promotional credits carry an expiry date as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses or bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement by the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. bd29 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using bd29, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd29 platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive; bd29 reserves the right to take action in response to any conduct it reasonably considers harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during account registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with bd29.
- Attempting to access any other player's account, or assisting a third party in doing so, by any means.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bd29's games, betting markets, or platform interface in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
- Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will not be paid.
- Using bd29 for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the bd29 platform, its games, or its payment systems.
- Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.
- Permitting or facilitating access to your bd29 account by any person under the age of 18.
Players who breach any of the prohibitions listed above, or who bd29 has reasonable grounds to suspect of breaching them, may have their account suspended or permanently closed immediately, without prior notice. In such cases, bd29 reserves the right to withhold all funds held in the account pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable law so requires.
Account Suspension & Closure
bd29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's financial institution.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months without any login or transaction activity.
- A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player through bd29's responsible gaming tools.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their bd29 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support via live chat and submitting a formal closure request. Upon verification, bd29 will process any remaining real-money balance held in the account to the player's registered withdrawal method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bd29 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player via their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements requested by bd29.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd29 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bd29 platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
bd29 does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and third-party service disruptions (including mobile financial service outages affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bd29 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will communicate planned maintenance windows where practicable.
bd29 provides its casino games and sports betting markets on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bd29 sources games exclusively from certified providers and takes reasonable steps to ensure fair play, the platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player rate, or result in respect of any game or betting event. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bd29's liability for death or personal injury caused by bd29's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
